The room itself featured practical layout. I observed an attentive service, with the personnel keen to accommodate my requests. The entire hotel shows high cleanliness standards, that gives me confidence .
The limited parking can be problematic during peak hours but I found a space eventually.

The Double Room had a comfortable bed and effective blackout curtains. The room also included a modern television with various channels and fast internet. A clean bathroom came as a standard and added convenience.

I found the evening staff cute and chatty. The room was very clean , which i always appreciate.
The radiator in my room wasn't working, so the room felt a bit cold.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I found a nice bar area there. The location proved convenient. The rail station was at the road's bottom (ideal for day trips). A wetherspoons pub located nearby was a definite plus.
The exterior showed some weathering, though the inside was lovely.

the room i booked was not what i expected. it was quite small and the furniture seemed old. the bathroom had some cleanliness issues and needed updates i could also hear a lot of noise from outside and other rooms , made it hard to sleep well

The family room included a nice view. Breakfast was available. I chose to eat at a local spot. The location worked well for exploring the area, especially for Gavin and Stacey filming locations (a fun bonus!).
Using the stairs felt more straightforward.
